There are some wonderful crochet and other needlecraft books available, sometimes it is difficult to know which ones to get. Often libraries will keep a copy of new books so this can be a good way to get an idea of the content of the book before buying. Amazon.com also has the facility for people to post their reviews of books which can sometimes be quite illuminating, although sadly some people abuse this system.

Candy Crochet

This is a great book and ideal for crocheters of all experience levels. The only thing to be aware of is that it is a collection from Candi Jensen's three previous children's crochet books. I've written a full review at BellaOnline.com
